Dragon boat club app
Ten benches paddle.
The eleventh makes them glide.
Designed for dragon boat coaches, the eleventh bench in every boat.
Two weeks free, with all the features and your paddlers. No card.
1See when a paddler is on a side they can’t paddle.
2See who suddenly can’t come, the moment they change their answer.
3Balance the boat with confidence.
Walk onto the dock ready
Bench Eleven takes care of everything beforehand: the RSVPs, who sits where, the race schedule. You arrive with the boat balanced and every paddler knowing their seat.
Know who’s coming before you get there
Paddlers answer Yes, Maybe or No on their phones, and anyone who hasn’t answered gets a nudge beforehand. When you sit down to build the boat, the answers are already in.
If someone drops out after you’ve published the lineup, you’re notified, and their seat is flagged for an easy swap.
You know your crew. It knows who’s in.
Tap a seat and Bench Eleven lists who’s coming, best fit first: the paddlers who take that side and sit in that part of the boat. Maybes, people who haven’t answered, and people who said no each have their own group, so who’s in and who’s out is plain at a glance.
It suggests; you decide. Someone already seated shows where they sit.
Tap a seat, and the picker opens for it.
Who’s attending, ranked for that seat by side and zone.
Fill the rest in one tap
Seat the paddlers you want where you want them, then tap Fill remaining. Bench Eleven seats the empty benches intelligently, considering who’s coming to practice and the paddlers’ and coach’s preferences.
It even picks a steersperson. Your drummer, and any seat you’ve set, stay put.
Every paddler knows their seat
Once you publish the lineup, paddlers know exactly where they sit on the boat. They can check on their phone, and you can share the lineup through the way you keep in touch with your team.
Weights stay with the people who run the club. Paddlers see names and seats, never anyone’s weight.
Assemble your festivals like a pro
Tick paddlers into every crew on one grid, and see your competition at a glance.
A women’s count one short, or a paddler in back-to-back heats, is flagged for your attention.
Run it together
Bring in your assistant coaches and captains. On Club, any number of you can run practices and build lineups, and two of you can work on the same boat at once.
Every paddler gets a seat, app or not. Add them by name, side and weight, then mark them in or out yourself.
And the app speaks your club’s language: sweep or steersperson, caller or drummer, pounds or kilos.
Fourteen days with your whole club
Our two-week trial of the Club plan means you can invite your club in and give it a fair go.
No card.
After that, Club is US$130 a year for everyone in it. Paddlers never pay.
