Email the address above from the address you signed up with. A message sent without signing in is an unverified claim of identity: we can help with it, but before anything is changed on an account, an administrator of a club that account belongs to has to confirm in writing that you are who you say you are.
Reporting objectionable content or behaviour
Use Report this profile in the app, on the member's profile, or email support@bencheleven.com.
Content reports are reviewed within 24 hours. That commitment covers reports of objectionable content and abusive behaviour — not general support, billing or feature requests, which are answered as soon as a person can get to them.
