Running the club

If a plan lapses

A club with no subscription isn’t deleted straight away. It locks: A club with no subscription is read-only for you and closed to its members.

1

Why a club locks

Its subscription ended, most often because a card expired or was declined. Or it holds more people than its plan allows, as a club past 10 seats does when its trial ends.

2

What members see

They can’t open the club: no practices, no lineups, no roster. Nothing is sent to them about it.

3

What the owner can still do

You can sign in, read everything and remove members. Nothing else can be changed, and lineups can’t be edited or shared: Rosters are read-only.

4

Bringing it back

Attaching a subscription brings the club back for everyone, exactly as it was. On the web, buy one under You › Subscription.

5

How long it’s kept

The club and everything in it is kept for 365 days. Then it’s deleted, and erased 30 days after that. The owner is emailed when it locks, and again 30 days and 7 days before it’s deleted.
