Enter a festival
Enter the festival once, then set up its divisions, crews and races. You’ll need to run the club.

Enter it
On the Competitions tab, tap + to Enter a festival. Give it a Name, its First day and Last day, a Location and Time zone, then tap Add.

Bring divisions across
On the same form, Copy divisions from a festival you’ve entered before. Only its divisions come across, not its crews or races.

Set it up
On the festival, tap More, then Set up festival. It holds Details, Divisions, Crews and Lock RSVPs.

Ask who’s going
Members answer Going, Maybe or Can’t on the Competitions list. Tap a name under Who’s going to answer for someone. When you’re ready to pick crews, turn on Lock RSVPs so the answers stop changing.
