Races and heats

On the festival, tap More, then Add a race. With several crews, pick one under Which crew? Fill in the Date, Start, Heat and a Title such as Semi-final, then tap Add.

A race takes its boat from its division. If a race shows No boat yet, set the boat size on its division.

Open the race’s lineup with Edit lineup. Only this race’s crew can be seated in it. On an empty boat, Import copies seats from another race, a practice or a pocket lineup.

Publish the race lineup as you would a practice’s. Seated paddlers with Race reminders on hear the evening before race day, and 1.5 hours before the race. A moved heat or start time reaches them as Race changes.

Under Edit race details, Cancel this race tells the crew the race is off and can’t be undone. Delete this race is there only until the lineup is first published, and tells nobody.
