Export a crew for registration
Festivals ask for a crew list at registration. Bench Eleven builds the file from the crew.

Open the share sheet
Tap the share button beside a crew, on the crew’s page or on the festival. Share this crew opens.

The registration file
Export CSV, or Download CSV in a browser: Names, emails, birth dates, roles and the captain, for festival registration. Only people who can edit the crew see it.

For the group chat
Share as image: A picture of the crew — names and roles. Share as text: Everyone on the crew, as plain text. Neither carries birth dates, emails or weights.

Before it’s published
A crew that isn’t published yet can still be shared. Its text starts with Draft — and its picture is stamped Draft.

Fill the gaps first
A gap in the file is a gap in someone’s details. On Edit member, Ask to update details sends the member a notification.
