Pick your crews
Name crews from the people going, then publish them. Publishing tells each paddler and puts the crew’s races on their schedule.

Open the grid
In Set up festival, under Crews, tap Assign members. The grid sets the club’s people against each crew, grouped by division.

Add a crew
Tap the + beside a division to add a crew to it. Name it the way the festival will read it.

Narrow the list
Filter by answer (Going, Maybe, Can’t, No answer or Everyone) and by team. Aim at a crew and the people split into Eligible and Everyone else.

Name people to it
Tick a person under a crew to put them on it. Open someone on the crew to set their role, and tick Captain for one person per crew.

Publish
Open the crew and tap Publish. After changes, tap Republish. Unpublish hides who’s on the crew and tells nobody.
