Publish, change and share a lineup

In the builder, tap Publish. Publish to crew? says how many paddlers across how many boats will be told their seat, and names any boat missing its drummer or steersperson.

Keep editing after you publish. The draft saves as you go, and paddlers still see the last published lineup. The practice shows Unpublished changes to managers until you tap Republish, which says how many seats changed and how many people will hear.

On Club and Pro, the builder shows who else has it open, as in Robyn is editing, and names their changes as they land.

On the practice’s Edit event screen, Unpublish the lineup makes it read as not yet posted. Once the practice has started it can’t be unpublished; edit the lineup and publish again instead. A race has the same control under Edit race details.

Anyone in the club can tap Share on a published lineup. Share as image sends a picture of the boat you’re looking at, stamped with who published it and when. Share as text sends every boat as plain text. Sharing is off while the club is locked.
